An Unforgettable Cooking Experience in Sorrento! Our cooking class with Alessandra in her beautiful home in Sorrento was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy! From the moment we arrived, Alessandra made us feel like we were visiting an old friend rather than attending a cooking class. Her home was absolutely beautiful, and the setting and views made the experience even more special. We prepared four delicious recipes: homemade gnocchi, ravioli, tiramisu, and a fresh Caprese salad. Alessandra was patient, engaging, and so much fun to learn from. She made everything feel easy and enjoyable, even for those of us who aren't expert cooks! One thing that meant so much to our family was how accommodating Alessandra was to my daughter-in-law's gluten intolerance. She took the time to make sure she could fully participate in the experience and enjoy the meal along with everyone else. That extra thoughtfulness made the experience even more memorable for our family. But this wasn't just a cooking class—it was an opportunity to experience authentic Italian hospitality in someone's home. We laughed, cooked, danced, learned, ate, and made memories together that our family will talk about for years to come. The food was absolutely delicious, but what made this experience so special was Alessandra herself. She was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. If you're visiting Sorrento, I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Alessandra. Don't hesitate—book it! It was one of our favorite experiences of our entire Italian vacation, and we would absolutely do it again!❤️

Excellent!
Filomena was a gracious host! She welcomed us in her home like we were family! Showed us how to make several different pasta's, Egglant appetizer and Tiramisu. We sat at her beautiful outdoor patio and enjoyed a delicious home made pasta, with sausage and mushrooms. It was sooooo good! Can't wait to make it when I go home. Her daughter Antonella was adorable and loved hearing how the young adults live in. Puglia. I would recommend this cooking class to anyone! Ciao!
Filomena and Antonella were amazing. Not only was Filomena a fabulous host and teacher she welcomed us into her home and made us feel right at home. her daughter was a gem! The instruction and the 3 course meal we prepared was excellent. I cannot wait to get home and make it all over again. Teaching us to make three pastas exceeded our expectations as well. Great Pulia experience, Bravo! 🇮🇹
