Highlight of our trip! Sara and Lorenzo opened their home to us, taught us their family recipe and a lot more. When we sat down and had dinner together, it felt like we’ve made some great new friends. We will always cherish the evening.

Highly recommended, cooking in a cozy Sardinian atmosphere. Yesterday, we made traditional culurgiones with Andrea. His wife helped out and his daughter was also present. They both speak English well. While cooking, Andrea and his wife told us about life in Sardinia. Later, we ate together. The culurgiones were very delicious. After the meal, we also had delicious homemade panna cotta. It was a very successful evening. We have the recipe and will definitely try it at home!

Rosa and Sean were exactly what we were looking for in hosts for a cooking experience in Naples. Warm, inviting, incredibly knowledgeable about Naples, and food and have us great suggestions about what to do and see in Naples and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed that it was not just an instructional on how to cook but more importantly Rosa shared knowledge and expertise around the ingredients that were being used, how and where to find them, and their history and importance to Italian and Neapolitan culture. 10/10 would recommend Rosa (and Sean) if you are looking for a relaxed, inclusive and thorough cooking experience in Naples!

We had the best evening with Carlo at a private cooking class at his home! We also stayed in the Airbnb he owns, so we were able to meet him beforehand. He let us choose one of the dishes we’d be making (ravioli). Carlo was patient, kind, and welcoming. The dinner we had was the best meal we had while in Italy - Ravioli, Cacio e Pepe, and Tiramisu. Wine was served throughout the class, and we also got to try his homemade Limoncello! Everything about the class exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend. Also, his dog made a surprise visit, and she’s cute as can be😊
