Hi from Arianna!

Hello everyone, my name is Arianna and I'm from the beautiful city of Riccione in the province of Rimini. My passion for cooking was passed on to me by my mother, a "zdora" from Romagna who, with her skilled hands, was able to fill the house with delicious perfumes every day. From her I learned how to make pasta, piadina and everything that our Romagna gives us: from lasagna to cappelletti in broth to tagliatelle. I also love to cook fish in every way; I actually love to cook in general, all the time. it makes me feel good. The idea of ​​preparing something good made with love for the people I love gives me peace. When I cook I always think of who will taste my dishes and I try to respect the traditions of our kitchen to leave good memories for my guests. I am always looking for local, genuine products, raw materials that respect natural laws, without major upheavals but certainly good and of excellent quality. I think you don't need much to eat well, but the products must be good. I also like to experiment with different international cuisines, from gyoza and sushi to my amazing Thai rice and paella. Experimenting is fun for me, it makes me alive. Creating and reproducing dishes of international origin makes us understand that cooking unites everyone with a direct thread that passes through our palate.
