Hi from Ilaria!

My passion for Italian cuisine, and especially for Tuscan cooking, comes from a love for the flavors of home and for recipes that bring stories and tradition to the table. My dishes reflect my roots and the beauty of the region where I live, the stunning Tuscany.I enjoy experimenting with new combinations, but I also love preparing traditional recipes. Some of my favorites are panzanella, pappa al pomodoro, and pici alle briciole, dishes that I bring to my cooking classes to share with anyone who wants to cook just like in Tuscany. Each lesson is an opportunity to discover the secrets of my kitchen, have fun at the stove, and enjoy dishes full of flavor and history.

What a once-in-a-lifetime experience! From the warmth of Ilaria and her family, to learning how to cook authentic Italian cuisine, to getting a taste of life in Tuscany, it was top notch across the board. Plus our meal was out of this world. A must-do experience that we will never forget. We really enjoyed the fact that it took place in her families kitchen - it added to the experience!

Ilaria was an incredible host, teacher, and chauffer (she picked us up at the train station, and even drove us all the way back to Siena when our visit ran long and we missed the last train due to the great education and conversation). Ilaria expertly led us through each step of her ravioli and tiramisu recipes, and gave us a great understanding of the local culture. Could not recommend this charming experience more highly.

Ilaria was a fantastic host, making us feel “at home” from the minute we arrived. We really enjoyed the cooking lesson, with lots of information on local food traditions, as well as many interesting conversations! Lunch was delicious, including aperitivo made by Ilaria, and a glass of local wine. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would totally recommend it.
