: Hilary was a gracious teacher and host. We felt very comfortable as she showed us how to make the pasta, rolling and kneading the dough. We learned how to make the tiramisu, which was wonderful. We were invited to dinner with her husband and daughter. Hilary’s husband helped as well clearing the table. It was a great experience.
