Hi from Nino!

"I'm Nino, a freelancer with many passions including motorcycle travel, diving, horseback riding and above all cooking. I will welcome you to my country house in Locorotondo, a short distance from the characteristic circular historic center, surrounded by greenery and in absolute peace. I would like to share my passion with you by letting you try typical dishes of the Apulian tradition but also revisited by me, creating contrasts and new combinations. Together, we will prepare fresh pasta and make orecchiette lessons, both classic and with different flours, seasoned in traditional or alternative way. Depending on the season, I will let you taste different main courses and side dishes cooked on the fire or in a wood oven. We will match wines according to the dish, letting you tell stories and anecdotes by local characters ".

Atmosfera rilassante, affascinante..un’immersione nella creatività, nella fantasia e nel buon gusto. Gusto Autentico, geniuino, riflesso del carattere di Nino che riesce a trasmette ai suoi ospiti la sua essenza, la sua passione. Pietanze ricercate, tradizionali ma non banali..basta chiudere gli occhi, assaporare e poi ritrovarsi in un luogo che vale la pena “vivere” e sopratutto sperimentare.
