My cooking is rooted in Modenese tradition, featuring classic dishes such as fresh pasta, crescentine and fried gnocco, calzagatti, amaretti, bensone, and much more. I also enjoy experimenting with new flavor combinations while staying true to tradition. I find it rewarding to create tasty and alternative options for guests with specific needs, such as vegetarians, vegans, or those with food intolerances.
