For this Special Experience, where we will go together to the fields and visit magical places in the area near Como, I wait for you at my house in the morning, around 09:00.After a breakfast with homemade cake and cappuccino or coffee, we set off in search of wild herbs to use in our preparations.Returning home, we will pass by a convent to buy fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables.The cooking class will start by preparing lunch based on what nature has given us.I will make you participate in all the preparations from appetizer to dessert, the menu will be decided together and we will use all the herbs that we have collected in the fields real protagonists of our experience.

"From the Market to the Table" consists in a visit to the city market and a cooking lesson of typical Italian recipes.You already know that the secret of every good dish is the ingredients, for this reason the cooking class will begin with a visit to the local market where the Cesarina will show you the typical local products and she will buy with you the ingredients for the recipes that you will prepare together. You will be welcomed with a typical Italian aperitivo at the Cesarina's home, a beautiful penthouse with breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, Como and Monte Rosa. During the lesson you will prepare an appetizer, a fresh pasta dish and a dessert.The Cesarina will show you how to prepare fresh pasta and how to decorate your desserts.Finally, we will have lunch together!

The “Gastronomic Walk” is way to taste a mix of high quality gastronomic products. You will be guided by a Cesarina who will explain to you every detail of the selected restaurants and you will have the opportunity to taste some delicacies of our beautiful city. It will be an exceptional and unique dining experience!What is it all about:> High quality cold cuts platter and a glass of local wine served in a historic wine shop> The delicious gourmet pizza in a historic bakery or you will have a taste of fresh lake fish and typical local food such as “Sciatt” (delicious and crunchy pancake type balls stuffed with melted cheese) in one of the most famous delis in Como.> “Torta Nuvola” (Cloud Cake) the typical dessert of Como. Alternatively, you can enjoy an excellent artisan “gelato”.

An enoic journey through the wine territories stretching between two great Lombard lakes, the Lario and the Sebino.In 6 glasses you will explore the history and characteristics of local Lombardy wines, in terroirs historically devoted to viticulture, giving birth to quality wines. We will start from the hills of Brianza around Montevecchia arriving as far as upper Lake Como and then push on to the hills of Bergamo. We will end up our journey on the shores of Lake Iseo.The wines I will offer for tasting come mainly from small wineries and local winemakers.I will guide you through the tasting of each glass paired with bites of typical local products.

I offer you the opportunity to enjoy a guided wine tour with a visit to a local winery of my region, out from the more touristic paths. You will hear directly from a winemaker the fascinating stories about the wine area, its terroir and wines and learn the secrets of the ancient art of wine making.The visit to the winery will be followed by a guided tasting of 3 representative wines from the winery paired with a small local nibbles or a traditional "tagliere" of cold cuts and cheese.A unique opportunity to have an authentic experience and learn about wine through the words of its protagonists.The meeting point for this experience can be at my home or directly at the winemakers' according to organizational needs and timing.

Discover with us one of the most famous local market in Milan!!We organize a special tour in Fauché Market located near Parco Sempione.We will teach you the tricks and the secrets of this iconic market that is rich in culture, flavors and regional tastes.After a classic aperitivo with wine, we will start by a popular appetizer: polenta with gorgonzola.This is followed by strozzapreti with sausage, mushrooms and pecorino cheese. We will teach you, step by step, how to make a fantastic, super creamy hand-made pasta!!The menu will then end with the famous tiramisu presented with a little surprise that will be revealed during the cooking class.During and after the course we will give you two small gadgets that you can take with you and use for the next recipes!

Like many metropolises in the world, Milan also has its Chinatown. It is the face and soul of the neighborhood that gravitates around Via Paolo Sarpi and attracts Milanese and foreign tourists alike for its vibrancy and its (always open) authentic street food establishments.The guided visit to the Sarpi District and Milan's Chinatown is a cross-cultural and unique experience that, if on the one hand transports us to the old Milan of railing houses and markets, on the other hand moves us to the Far East, in a curious combination all to be discovered.We will delve into Chinese cuisine, which we will try together, tasting some of the street food best of Paolo Sarpi, from baozi to jaozi, not forgetting fortune cookies.Finally, we will return home for a final super appetizer with bruschetta and wine!

Farmers markets are authentic places where to buy and taste ingredients coming from the farmhouses that surround Milan.You will learn what "fresh" really means! You will also have the chance to talk to farmers who directly sell their products. Soon after we will move to my little charming flat where we will taste products, cook together and have lunch or dinner with our colored and tasty shopping!
