I will be happy to welcome you to my home decorated for the Christmas holidays.After a welcome drink if you wish, you can actively participate in the preparation of the dishes that we will eat for lunch or dinner.I will teach you how to prepare typical holiday dishes with the secrets that grandmothers, aunts and mother taught me.We will pleasantly spend a few hours together I will make you feel at home and if we have time we will also play a few games of tombola typical holiday game in Italian homes.

Fresh tagliolini with lobster or the famous fillet Rossini style with pate and truffle. The evening will begin with a welcome drink, followed by a taste of appetizers, the main course and a dessert all accompanied by wine, water and coffee and bitters to finish. I will make your evening special with sparkling candles, romantic music and the tranquility of an evening just for you.

Our cold appetizers are cured meats, lard, coppa and salami. Hot ones on the other hand are: sausage with cannellini beans all'uccelletto. Depending on the seasons, we make all Emanuele's mushroom capelle and roasted capon from our own free-range farm. Guitar strings with mutton ragout and pecorino cheese. We do a BBQ with pork ribs, pork on the spit, arrosticini of mutton always raised by us. Typicals include: lamb tripe parmigiana style and stewed lamb offal, Lamb chops ready to be cooked either on charcoal or Milanese style with breading made with our fresh daily eggs and cooked strictly in fresh mountain butter, barley soup and lasagna with goose ragout. For dessert, homemade jam tarts.
