Nací y crecí en Valtellina, un hermoso valle lombardo rodeado por los Alpes, a poca distancia de Milán. En esta experiencia, deseo compartir los sabores de montaña de esa tierra, caracterizados por su sencillez y riqueza de sabores. Os espero para preparar juntos la receta más típica de Valtellina: los pizzoccheri. Haremos juntos la pasta a base de trigo sarraceno y la cocinaremos respetando la receta tradicional. Todos los ingredientes proceden directamente de Valtellina. Degustaremos los platos preparados junto con otros productos que selecciono personalmente de productores artesanales de Valtellina. ¡Viviremos juntos un breve e intenso viaje por los sabores de nuestros Alpes! ¡Os espero en Valtellina, en Milán!

- Andrea was amazing, it was his first time hosting this class and he knocked it out of the park. He welcomed us into his home and made us comfortable right away. We shared the experience with one other couple and it was easy to get along with them. Andrea provided us a step by step on how to get things started and progress through the meals. He was patient with everyone and was happy to share info and tidbits about Milan and his life. Highly recommend the class with Andrea!
- I took a pasta and tiramisu class with Andrea on the last evening of my trip to Milan. This was an absolutely amazing experience and a highlight of my trip that I would recommend to anyone! Andrea welcomed me into his home and taught me to make tiramisu as well as two types of pasta, all of which we eventually ate as an extraordinary meal. Not only was he an excellent teacher, completely patient and making sure I understood and had mastered each step, but he also did this with such warmth and hospitality, sharing wine, horderves, and wonderful conversation along the way. I felt so lucky to have had this beautiful experience - and recommend it highly!!
- We had a class with Andrea and it was nothing short of outstanding. Andrea made numerous dishes from hi personal recipes, shared wine with us and created a warm and comfortable setting. The only thing better than the foods we tasted was the fellowship. My wife and I recommend this experience if you’re visiting Milan.
- We had an amazing experience with another couple and Andrea making pasta and tiramisu. Andrea made us feel very comfortable, like we were at home. He also provided very clear and simple instructions and encouraged us to participate and making the food that we eventually ate, which turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. Andrea is a wonderful host and I can’t recommend this event enough!

En mis platos veo las sonrisas de mis abuelas y de mi madre, cuando de niño observaba la sabiduría de sus manos amasando. Mis recetas son genuinas y combinan la tradición con mi curiosidad por experimentar sabores y combinaciones, con un vínculo especialmente intenso con el lugar donde nací y crecí: la Valtellina. ¡Os espero!
