Es una receta antigua, transmitida de generación en generación en mi familia, sin conservantes pero de larga duración: se conserva perfectamente durante dos semanas. Un postre perfecto para compartir o regalar con el corazón, tal y como hacemos nosotros.

    Roberta opened our home to us and was so accommodating, we had a wonderful meal and she shared so much information and was very knowledgeable about all of the food, where it was sourced and how it was made. It was a really special experience and one to remember, I would highly recommend her!!!

    Kelly and I had a great day with Roberta. She welcomed us into her home and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. She taught us how to make several dishes and once they were compete we sat down at her beautiful dining room and enjoyed our creations. We talked and laughed and had one of the best days of our cruise. When we come back to La Spezzia we will definetly want to meet up with our new friend Roberta. Ciao, Ciao!

    Absolutely amazing experience cooking at Roberta ‘s house. She welcomed us into her home as if we were part of the family and taught us how to make Gnocci, tiramisu & Sgabei (a delicious fried bread). We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a true Italian experience, it was a real highlight of our trip.

    Roberta & Ricardo are lovely, welcoming hosts. Roberta's cooking is divine. She patiently answered our many questions - and she customized for preferences in our group. Her lasagna is perhaps the best thing we've eaten after a week in Italy. One minor consideration: their beautiful home is a little outside of La Spezia and taxis can be tricky. Highly recommend dining with Cesarine!

    «Crecí en una casa donde cada domingo, fiesta o celebración era una ocasión para reunir a la familia y los amigos. La pasión por la cocina me la transmitió mi madre y luego mi suegra, natural de Riomaggiore, que me enseñó a preparar las tartas saladas tradicionales de nuestra zona. Por último, pero solo en orden cronológico, mi maestro Enzo, el panadero que era el brazo y la mente de la panadería que gestioné durante 15 años, al que «robé» todo lo que hay que saber sobre pan, focaccias, productos de bollería...».
