Everything was super nice, well organized and the perfect hostess in Fortuna. We couldn’t be more pleased with the evening.

The five stars are all for Fortuna! She is a spicy, incredible, super kind and inviting Italian mama but not a nonna! 😉 She made the class so fun with music and singing and dancing(not forced, very relaxed vibes) and the recipes are incredibly easy to follow. Met a lot of really great people in the class. The only two negatives I have about the entire experience is actually booking through Cesarine. Fortuna has her own website and she advertises also with Airbnb as we found out. We did not have any access to contact her beforehand, and she did not have access to me. I got an email from Cesarine the day before the classsaying with a Google maps pin dropped location and the email said meet her here at 1730. I did that and waited over half an hour, and no one showed up. Being from another country, I did not have the easiest access to make phone calls, but I was able to make contact through their website and then Laura Zacchi , A customer service agent with Cesarine, was able to communicate with me through WhatsApp from there. She was really great and helpful and was able to get me Fortuna’s phone number so I can contact her on WhatsApp. As it turned out, everybody else in the class was already there half an hour ago. They got given direct instructions to go inside of a building beside the parking lot where the pin drop was. I had no instructions like this. That confusion made me and my cousin lose out on half an hour of our class and also disrupted Fortuna’s class. So I probably would not book through this company again because it’s almost too big and they are not clear enough with instructions. The other thing that kind of bothers me is the ad mentioned that it is a Nonna(she is not, and even though she is the most loveliest person it’s just false advertising.) as well, the ad said maximum 4 people in the class and we had 12. Again, everyone was so fun and we had a blast however it’s just false advertising coming from Cesarine and you think you’re paying for a more private class than you’re getting.
