«Cocino platos tradicionales de Catania, mi cocina sigue las estaciones: verduras y hortalizas siempre de temporada que compro en los mercados históricos «a piscaria» y «a fera o Luni», de kilómetro cero. Cocino el pescado «que pasa», así que, si es temporada de atún, lo pondré en mi mesa; si, en cambio, pasa el capone (lambuca), lo pondré; lo mismo ocurre con las sepias, los calamares o las cigalas».

What a lovely experience this was. The warmth began as soon as Andreas greeted me and took me into their home. The food was amazing, especially served on the terrase in the catania sun with a view of the city and the sea. Food flowed. Wine flowed. Conversation flowed. Time passed two quickly, but perhaps that’s how these moments of time are supposed to go. I would so highly recommend .Griazella and Andreas as a Catania experience. Grazie a dua!

Graziella and Andrea are a beautiful couple with a home that they open to all! My grandmother and I attended not knowing what to expect but we came out with lovely knowledge on the area, some stories and also how to cook! Cannot recommend them more!!
