- Rosa was absolutely the best. Not only is she one of the most charming women we've ever met but she demystified cooking and made us feel like we can make delicious Italian dishes at home. We are going to try Rosa's Rainbow ASAP.

- Highly Recommended!!! Rosa was wonderful and the food was fantastic. It was fun to learn how to make pasta and ravioli. Her instructions were great and I believe I can make this myself at home, even though I am not a great cook. Angela is a sommelier and paired the meal with several wines. Her choices were excellent and she was very knowledgeable. Both Rosa and Angela were delightful and made the evening a lot of fun!!!
- Excellent evening with Rosa. Rosa opened her home to us and we’re now family. She created a lovely evening of learning, actively participating and practicing her cooking secrets, and sipping perfectly paired wines. The food was unbelievably tasty and the laughter and memories will last a lifetime. We even went home with leftovers which were thoroughly enjoyed over breakfast the next morning. We highly recommend this experience, a lovely escape from the busy streets of Venice.
