Mi cocina se inspira en la tradición veneciana e italiana en general, con especial atención a los primeros platos. Me encanta preparar pasta fresca hecha a mano, acompañada de salsas que realzan los sabores auténticos de la tierra. Los risottos ocupan un lugar especial en mi cocina, elaborados con ingredientes de temporada para sacar el máximo partido a cada plato. Mi pasión es combinar técnica y tradición, creando recetas que reflejan la riqueza y variedad de la gastronomía italiana.

- Loved our experience with Roberta. My sister and I had a great time learning to make pasta and Tiramisu. It was a really authentic moment in a wonderful setting. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed communicating all together. Roberta had Francesca with her and we all had fun making the pasta together. Working our way though the language barriers was part of the charm of the night. We all managed to speak well and learned a lot together. The garden is romantic and this would be a great couples activity also . Highly recommend this cooking class. The food was awesome!!! And we participated in making it.
- Excellent excursion! Roberta was very knowledgeable and friendly! Very satisfied with the tour! Would highly recommend this excursion to others! Even if we don't speak Italian it was fun to get to try to communicate with the group in the various languages
