Me encanta cocinar, sobre todo platos a base de pescado. Las mejillones son una de mis especialidades, que preparo en muchas variantes sabrosas, desde salteadas hasta primeros platos con aroma a mar. También me divierte preparar ñoquis caseros, suaves y genuinos, tal y como manda la tradición. Y para terminar con un toque dulce, nunca faltan mis platos estrella: el tiramisú, cremoso y envolvente, y la pastiera napolitana, que preparo siguiendo la receta auténtica que se ha transmitido en mi familia. Para mí, cocinar es un gesto de amor y de compartir, una forma de llevar un poco de felicidad a la mesa.

Tessa was an absolute blessing. We had an amazing and memorable time learn to make tiramisu and pasta but even enjoyable dinning with her and her family. It was such a unique experience. I will forever remember this experience with Tessa!!!

My mom and I had the most amazing time taking a cooking class with Tessa in Venice. We couldn’t believe it, but she told us it was her very first time hosting, and you would never have guessed—it was seamless, warm, and absolutely unforgettable. What made it even more special was that her 80-year-old mother co-hosted the class with her, sharing not just recipes but also stories, laughter, and generations of Italian culinary tradition. From the moment we stepped into their charming home, we felt like part of the family. The atmosphere was welcoming and authentic, and their love for cooking (and for sharing it with others) was contagious. We learned how to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch and a delicious tiramisu—both of which turned out incredible thanks to their expert guidance and encouragement. This experience was the highlight of our trip. Tessa and her mother’s hospitality, patience, and warmth made it so much more than just a cooking class—it was a heartfelt cultural exchange we’ll cherish forever.
