Ma cuisine est l'expression de la simplicité et de la bonté. J'aime cuisiner, en mettant de la passion et de l'amour dans chaque plat, et je prends plaisir à les présenter avec une touche de créativité. Je vis à la campagne et j'apprécie un style de vie spartiate. Parmi mes spécialités, les boulettes de viande, frites ou en sauce, sont très appréciées par mes invités.J'ai une affection particulière pour les pâtes aux légumineuses, en particulier celles aux lentilles. Pour chaque type de légumineuse, je choisis un légume complémentaire : par exemple, j'enrichis les lentilles avec de la bourrache, tandis que pour les pois chiches, j'opte pour la chicorée. En dessert, je prépare le tiramisù directement dans la tasse.Venez l'essayer, vous aurez certainement envie de revenir.

: Consuelo is a wonderful hostess. She reached out and offered to pick us up at the cruise terminal and return us for a very small fee. Much cheaper than a taxi and made it a very easy and relaxing process. She is very personable and thoughtful. All food was extremely tasty and learning to make pasta and tiramisu was a highlight of our day. She opened her home to us and introduced us to her mama as well as her sweet rabbit Pascal and her little dog Nina and a few other family members. We felt like we were family members and not guests. We highly recommend this Cesarine experience. It made for a very memorable day in Messina. Thank you Consuelo!
: Consuelo is the absolute best!!! She was so kind and welcoming and sweet with us and our kids. We had the most memorable experience with her! She taught us how to make pasta from scratch and dessert. All the food was so delicious! We are so grateful we booked this with Consuelo as it was a once in a lifetime experience. : Consuelo was such a wonderful host and cook! My husband and I booked this for one of our activities on our honeymoon. We ate a meal prepared by her and it was so yummy!! She prepared us multiple dishes such as deviled eggs, cheese, meatballs, pasta, etc (there was more). Dessert was the best with tiramisu! It was so nice to have a relaxing meal and get to know one another. The property she lives on is gorgeous. Would highly recommend if you take a trip to Messina!
: A very lovely chef. She was able to pick us up and drop us off at the cruise port for a small additional fee. The experience was more enjoyable than some of the larger cooking classes we've had, where here we had a lot of hands on experience. She took pictures throughout so we could focus on the task at hand. Come hungry!
