Je suis depuis toujours passionnée par la cuisine, avec l'envie d'essayer de nouvelles recettes et d'expérimenter de nouvelles saveurs, tout en conservant un lien avec les saveurs et les odeurs de ma Sicile. J'aime soigner la présentation des plats et partager ma passion avec les autres. Ma maison est grande et accueillante, toujours prête à accueillir des amis et des touristes à qui offrir le plaisir de déguster quelques spécialités locales.

- An excellent morning of making and eating pasta. Rosella and Giuseppe were very welcoming and informative making a very pleasant experience.
- If you are considering a cooking experience… do not hesitate to, this is the one! Well spent the day with Rossella and her husband to enjoy an unforgettable experience. We made homemade fettuccine, spaghetti and tiramisu. Honestly, the best meal we’ve had on our trip. So many flavors! The magic comes to life when your dough turns into pasta! The recipes were very well led and explained. We have the confidence that we can go home and remake this for our families. Thank you for opening your home to us, it was a beautiful day!
- Such a wonderful experience! A lovely home and welcoming home where we learned to made a spaghetti dish and a fettuccini dish as well as tiramisu - all delicious.
- This experience was excellent and the highlight of our time in Italy! To be able to be in the lovely home of our hosts and make pasta with Rossella was amazing. We were blessed to have me Giuseppe and Rossella and will use all the tips she gave us to make wonderful pasta at home. The cannoli that Rosella made was the best I have ever had. - Rossella and her husband were incredible hosts- they picked us up from our cruise terminal , graciously welcomed us into their home, and cooked us a delicious authentic Sicilian meal. We enjoyed our conversational time with them, and had a unique glimpse into their lives. We feel blessed to have met them and lucky to have had this experience .
