Bonjour de la part de Antonella !

Au cœur de la Méditerranée, dans le sud profond de l'Italie, un coin de lumière, de mer et de poésie. Nous sommes à Reggio de Calabre, dont le front de mer est l'une des promenades les plus panoramiques et les plus belles de notre péninsule, où l'on peut respirer le parfum de la mer, admirer la silhouette incomparable de l'Etna et profiter du coucher de soleil sur le détroit.

Antonella was most welcoming to her own cucina, ingredients were prepared and we were offered refreshments. She had a very competent English translator which made things flow freely. Her skill and natural love of what she does made it very enjoyable. When all was completed we sat at lunch, a beautifully laid table with chilled prosceco, delicious antipasto and the pasta we had made finished with the our dessert. All round excellent experience.

My family and I were blown away by our Cesarine experience. Antonella was such an amazing chef and teacher to us and treated us as her family. Ale went above and beyond as a translator and added such a fun element to the experience. We then enjoyed a delicious meal and we left full (of food and happiness :). I would highly recommend to anybody looking for an authentic cooking experience while in Calabria. My family will cherish this experience and memories forever- Thank you Antonella and family! My wife and I had the best time and got more out of the day then just learning how to make pasta and tiramisu. Antonella and her family were amazing. The best part is my wife’s family is from Calabria and Antonella explained a lot of what we were cooking and the history behind it. If I’m in that area again with friends or family I will definitely be taking this class again
