« J'adore recevoir et prendre soin de la table, j'essaie toujours de créer une mise en place avec quelques ingrédients qui rappellent le menu ou la saison. Je préfère cuisiner des plats du terroir, typiques de la tradition toscane, je ne m'aventure pas trop dans les desserts... mais seulement pour ne pas en manger trop ! »

- Our experience with Silvia was wonderful! The side trip to the market was a nice feature. She even let us help with the preparation, and the food was delicious. My only comment, which has nothing to do with Silvia, is that Cesarine should take out the part that says participants will receive a shopping bag and apron. We did not, and someone else might be expecting such.
- Wonderful! Engaging! Informative! Delicious! Personal! I could keep going, but there aren't enough positive words to describe our time with Silvia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
- Silvia was fantastic! Her location was easy to find in Lucca. Very nice and clean setup.. Silvia is very knowledgeable and experienced cook. She shared many tips and great recipes. It was a fun time cooking with Silvia and other guests. Of course the food we made was very delicious!
