: Amazing! We loved our experience with Alessandra, you can tell she has a real passion and respect for food. She asked what we wanted so we went with coniglio alla ischitana (rabbit) which is a typical dish from Ischia, and rather difficult to have in the restaurant as you often have to order it in advance. We got everything fresh from the market which was at walking distance, the wine was local and made by a friend of hers and was amazing. She also gave us useful tips and recommendations for the rest of our stay in ischia. We went back to the same market for cheap souvenirs and to grab stuff for a picnic a few days later.

: Alessandra was absolutely amazing! She helped us make a fantastic meal of lemon ricotta raviolis and tiramisu! These recipes were so straight forward that we cannot wait to try and recreate them at home. Allessandra was extremely nice and we would absolutely love to cook with her again if we ever find ourselves back in Ischia!
