Sono Mauro, il Cesarino di Parma, e sono qui per condurvi in un viaggio culinario attraverso la mia terra ricca di tradizioni e passione italiane. Nella mia cucina ogni piatto racconta una storia: benvenuti nel mio mondo, dove sapori unici e tradizioni si fondono. Vi aspetto nella mia accogliente villa di campagna per una lezione di cucina con prodotti della nostra meravigliosa zona, il territorio parmense. Inizieremo con un antipasto di salumi misti, scaglie di Parmigiano Reggiano e verdure dell'orto in agrodolce. Successivamente, il piatto forte sarà gli anolini in brodo, e per concludere, una selezione di torte cotte nel forno a legna, il tutto accompagnato da Lambrusco e Malvasia DOP. Vi aspetto!

We had the pleasure of joining Mauro and Natalia for their Cesarine culinary experience in Parma, and it was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The food was delicious—authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Mauro and Natalia were exceptional hosts: warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing their culinary traditions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and the experience was as heartwarming as it was delicious. This was a highlight of our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma!

I wish I could give this experience 1,000 stars! Mauro and Natalia taught me how to prepare the most beautiful and mouth watering pastas and tiramisu ever. They are such a kind, warm and welcoming couple and they have a beautiful home with a wine cellar and pizza oven. What more could you ask for in life? Mauro makes his own homemade liqueurs to which I was treated to after the most amazing meal. I highly recommend this experience, not only for the food, but to enjoy the company of this lovely couple.

I tagged along to Italy with my husband for his work. I booked this cooking class as something to do while he was busy. I love cooking and could not have anticipated what an amazing adventure I was about to have. Mauro and Natalia proved to be amazing hosts with a beautiful home. Their flexibility and willingness to learn and teach are what made this experience unforgettable. I was originally booked at a different home, but they had to cancel and I was unavailable the other date they had. Fortunately for me, Mauro and Natalia accepted me as their first guest in their kitchen. They are working to learn English and are very good at communicating. They taught with such ease and are very knowledgeable cooks. This was my first trip a few months after my mom had passed away unexpectedly. I appreciated the distraction from my sadness and felt the love for cooking in their home kitchen. I would love to take my family in the future so they could experience the wonderful cooking class for themselves and I could see Mauro and Natalia again!

What a meal! Mauro and Natalia not only welcomed us to their beautiful home but helped us create fabulous dishes all whilst having a great laugh. With the use of local produce, we are able to take home memories and recipes with us. We cannot recommend this experience enough, they are absolutely lovely with great hospitality.

La pizza cotta nel forno a legna è solo l'inizio di un viaggio culinario. Dai piatti da forno alle specialità parmigiane, ogni boccone è una celebrazione di tradizione e passione italiana. Il barbecue all'aperto è il palcoscenico di memorabili festeggiamenti, mentre la polenta sulla stufa a legna offre comfort e autenticità. In questa cucina, ogni piatto racconta una storia, invitandovi a condividere l'essenza della cucina italiana. Benvenuti nel mio mondo di sapori e tradizioni uniche.
