Ho selezionato un menù che rappresenta la tradizione parmigiana e la cucina della mia famiglia. Per iniziare, un delizioso antipasto a base di torta salata, seguito da tortelli ripieni di zucca o erbette. Infine, concluderemo con la mia crostata, preparata con la marmellata di prugne 'picchelle', tipica della nostra zona, o con amarene.
Ogni piatto sarà preparato rigorosamente da me. Vi aspetto per condividere questo gustoso viaggio culinario!

- Our experience was wonderful! Maria made very different dishes than the usual pasta. We loved the appetizer, meatballs, eggplant, wines and cherry tart. Maria and her husband were very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this food experience.
- What a great afternoon we had with Cristina and Enzo in their amazing kitchen! We loved every moment of their charming hospitality. Cristina let us help with making the pasta. Her kitchen is downright dreamy. I highly recommend this experience and know that it will probably be the highlight of your trip to Italy.

- We have been touring through Italy for 2 weeks and seen many gorgeous cathedrals and food tastings but nothing compared to this tour! What an authentic, fun, tasty experience!! We loved our Cesarina so much! She took us to all the local shops to collect the food we were going to cook, every detail of our meal was hand picked from local vendors and we got insider knowledge of the choices that were best to shop at. Then we arrived to her home and were blown away by how beautiful it was with all the authentic Italian decorations and family style kitchen. We made the most incredible meal and really enjoyed getting to know our Cesarina and her husband and their lives as well as her cooking. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone! We would eat at Christina's home every day of the week!! Thank you!

Nella cornice del bel centro storico, ci accoglie Maria Cristina. In una splendida casa che sul retro permette l’accesso a un giardino di segreta bellezza, abbiamo l’occasione di incontrare la nostra Cesarina che, come ci racconta, ha sempre amato cucinare, fin da bambina. La sua passione per la cucina le è stata tramandata dalla mamma e dalla nonna le quali, con grande maestria, imbandivano menù straordinari, di cui lei ancora oggi detiene i segreti.
