: ¡Una experiencia maravillosa! Participé en una clase de cocina con Lucia y fue absolutamente encantadora. Aprendimos a hacer orecchiette salentinas desde cero, siguiendo la tradición local, y luego preparamos un delicioso tiramisú casero. Lucia fue muy amable, paciente y simpática durante toda la clase. Nos hizo sentir como en casa y compartió con nosotros no solo recetas, sino también historias y consejos auténticos de su región. ¡Recomiendo esta experiencia a todos los amantes de la cocina italiana!

Si cucina sempre pensando a qualcuno, altrimenti stai solo preparando da mangiare.
Quello che più mi piace è tramandare le tradizioni del mio territorio tramite l'arte culinaria, cioè tutto quello che mi è stato passato in eredità dalle mie nonne sin da quando ero bambina. Un percorso che va dalla pasta fatta in casa, alle tradizionali pittule, ai dolci tipici della mia terra.
