La mia grande passione è la preparazione di pasta fatta in casa, utilizzando esclusivamente ingredienti a km 0 per garantire sapori autentici e genuini.Vivo circondata dalla natura e dai suoi prodotti freschi, offerti dalle stagioni e dal territorio circostante. Mi piace condividere la tradizione culinaria umbra con i miei ospiti, valorizzando i sapori locali grazie all'utilizzo di materie prime coltivate nei campi vicini al mio casale.

- We had a wonderful afternoon with Eleanora in Assisi, learning to make linguine and ravioli. She met us promptly at 1:00 and walked us across the street where we enjoyed a delicious aperitif of organic cheeses, wines, and meats. Then the lesson began! Her kitchen was perfect for our group of 14- square tables with everything we needed, laid out perfectly. Eleanora's instructions were easy to follow and she walked the room, helping those who might've need an extra hand :) It was an afternoon of fun and laughter and we all left with the anticipation of making pasta at home. Eleanora, thank you for such a fantastic day!
- We had a fun time learning how to make pasta for the first time! We enjoyed the wine/food tasting before the cooking began too. After making the ravioli and the fettuccine we were able to taste our creations and bring home plenty of freshly made pasta for an upcoming meal. Great experience-don’t miss it!
- I had a fantastic time! Eleonora was a very patient teacher, and she paid careful attention to make sure I was following and learning proper technique. We made some amazing pasta and got to eat at the end. Such a great experience!

- Eleonora was amazing so welcoming and a great teacher . It was a dream of mine to come to Italy and make authentic Italy sauce. My mother was Italy born in Sicily and this trip was in honor of her and celebrating my 70th birthday. I am starting my own Italian cook book with some of these recipes This class was everything I expected and more.
