Sono sommelier, esperta di spezie, erbe aromatiche, cacao, tè e altro, e collaboro con Slow Food in qualità di docente da oltre 20 anni".

: We had such a great time with Matilde. We learned to make tiramisu and two different pastas as we talked about music and movies. Matilde is knowledgeable and competent in teaching cooking classes as well as fun and welcoming. We had a fantastic night.
: Matilde was wonderful! It was lovely to be welcomed into her home. We happened to share class with one other family which was perfect. Matilde was so gracious with our daughter and it was great fun watching her learn! She’s already put her new skills to work at home!

: Matilde was wonderful. She welcomed us into her home. We made a wonderful lunch….spaghetti,ravioli & showed us how to make many different noodles. We had appetizers which included bruschetta, cheese olives, bread. We made tiramisu! Everything was delicious. We enjoyed learning about her life in Italy. She was so sweet & welcoming. Hope to see her again.
