Venezia vanta una storia millenaria anche in ambito culinario, e mi dedico costantemente alla ricerca di antiche ricette. Qui il mercato del pesce è fantastico e le verdure provengono direttamente dalle isole della laguna. I prodotti locali sono i miei preferiti per ricreare i piatti che fanno parte della nostra tradizione storica.

- It was a wonderful experience. We could feel Nicoletta's strong passion for cooking. While enjoying delicious meals in a charming Venetian-style apartment, she shared various insights about Venetian cuisine and life. (The portion sizes of the meals were a bit small to be honest, but she mentioned that she had just started Cesarine, so we believe she will continue to refine her offerings.) Thank you for the delicious and meticulously prepared dishes!
