La mia cucina si ispira alla tradizione veneta e italiana in generale, con una particolare attenzione ai primi piatti. Amo preparare pasta fresca fatta a mano, accompagnata da condimenti che esaltano i sapori autentici del territorio. I risotti occupano un posto speciale nella mia cucina, realizzati con ingredienti di stagione per valorizzare al meglio ogni piatto. La mia passione sta nel combinare tecnica e tradizione, creando ricette che raccontano la ricchezza e la varietà della gastronomia italiana.

Loved our experience with Roberta. My sister and I had a great time learning to make pasta and Tiramisu. It was a really authentic moment in a wonderful setting. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed communicating all together. Roberta had Francesca with her and we all had fun making the pasta together. Working our way though the language barriers was part of the charm of the night. We all managed to speak well and learned a lot together. The garden is romantic and this would be a great couples activity also . Highly recommend this cooking class. The food was awesome!!! And we participated in making it.

Excellent excursion! Roberta was very knowledgeable and friendly! Very satisfied with the tour! Would highly recommend this excursion to others! Even if we don't speak Italian it was fun to get to try to communicate with the group in the various languages
