: We had a wonderful time with Rosa and Lide. Picked up a few cooking tips, some new recipes, and new friends. We won't hesitate to come back for more!
: Highly Recommended!!! Rosa was wonderful and the food was fantastic. It was fun to learn how to make pasta and ravioli. Her instructions were great and I believe I can make this myself at home, even though I am not a great cook. Angela is a sommelier and paired the meal with several wines. Her choices were excellent and she was very knowledgeable. Both Rosa and Angela were delightful and made the evening a lot of fun!!!
: Excellent evening with Rosa. Rosa opened her home to us and we’re now family. She created a lovely evening of learning, actively participating and practicing her cooking secrets, and sipping perfectly paired wines. The food was unbelievably tasty and the laughter and memories will last a lifetime. We even went home with leftovers which were thoroughly enjoyed over breakfast the next morning. We highly recommend this experience, a lovely escape from the busy streets of Venice.

: Rosa was absolutely amazing! We booked this experience as something fun to do while in Venice and to see if we could make pasta from scratch. Rosa and Angela led the experience and made us feel comfortable and welcome. During our “Hands in the Dough” experience we made ravioli, pasta, tiramisu, and Rosa’s rainbow. We had so much fun and the food was delicious! We would definitely book an experience with Rosa again.
