Ti aspetto nella mia cucina immersa nei fiori e nel verde, dove ti accoglierò con un bicchiere di Prosecco per brindare prima di metterci al lavoro.
Indosseremo i grembiuli e ti guiderò nella creazione dell'impasto per la pasta fresca. Prepareremo insieme deliziosi sughi per condire la pasta e, a seguire, ti insegnerò a cucinare la mia speciale teglia di verdure e frutta al forno! Infine, prepareremo il Tiramisù, il re dei dolci italiani, seguendo la ricetta tradizionale.
Dopo questo corso pratico, non ti resterà che scegliere la sedia del tuo colore preferito e sederti a tavola, degustando ciò che hai preparato per cena! Vino, acqua naturale e frizzante e caffè sono inclusi! Ti aspetto!

- My husband and I loved this homely and intimate cooking experience. Rosa was so welcoming and a master of her craft, answering our questions and sharing with us many pearls of wisdom. Rosa’s English is wonderful but she had also arranged for a translator to be there. The whole evening was relaxed, fun and full of laughs. We would highly recommend.
- Incredible experience! Rosa was fantastic and the whole night was so memorable! We made amazing pasta and tiramisu and had the best experience! Highly recommend!
- Highly recommend this experience with Rosa. She and her daughter (acting as a translator at times) welcomed us into her home and provided a wonderful experience making authentic italian pasta, vegetables and tiramisu. Our 2 teen daughters also really enjoyed this so it is great for the whole family. Rosa even sent us home with leftovers, which was a nice treat. Come with an appetite and ready to experience true venetian cooking.
- Like many others have shared, Rosa’s dinner/culinary experience is well worth it! Some time has passed since visiting Venice - but I’ve cooked Rosa’s pink veggies/fruits, sauce, pasta, and tiramisu a number of times for special occasions. Rosa hosted just a friend and myself, sharing the table with us and discussed life, travel, family, and of course, cooking over the course of the evening. The experience was one of the more memorable parts of Venice and can now live on for me to share the food with many others. This was an incredible value as well as one of the best meals I had during our trip. Thanks, Rosa!
- Rosa immediately made us feel at home. She welcomed us into her beautiful home with her smile and sweetness. We prepared "spaghetti alla chitarra" and we ate it with fresh tomatoes and basil from her garden. Also on the table were ravioli al pesto and the famous "Arcobaleno di Rosa" ("Rosa's rainbow"), a delicious and colourful dish of grilled vegetables and fruit. A simple Italian cuisine that left us with wonderful memories of a pleasant evening of chatting and great food (her "Tiramisù" is amazing!!). We will return as soon as we can!
