"La mia cucina è semplice e genuina, legata al ciclo delle stagioni per ottenere il massimo dei sapori dalla materia prima. Amo fare composte di frutta con fichi, piccole prugne selvatiche, pere e mele ottenute dagli alberi del mio giardino. Amo utilizzare le farine più integre possibili per ottenere paste fresche e ripiene di cui sono ghiotti i miei figli. Prediligo le cotture leggere e veloci per secondi nutrienti e golosi".

: Silvia was so fantastic. We feel lucky to be paired with her and to have had her home, recipes, company and expertise shared with us. We cant wait to try using our new pasta and tiramisu making skills! We had such a lovely time and it will be something we remember forever. Thanks so much for making our trip and experience so memorable!
: I had an amazing time at Silvia’s place! I can’t believe she is gracious enough to host us during the holidays and definitely making it a Christmas to remember! The host was humorous and the night flew by. I normally don’t like to cook but the experience have me thinking about buying my own pasta machine. They were also extremely patient and welcoming! I would definitely recommend the experience!!
