Francesca lebt in Bagheria, der „Stadt der Villen”, einem Landstrich, der von der Sonne und der Meeresbrise geküsst wird. Unsere Cesarina bringt sizilianische Rezepte auf den Tisch, die reich an Kontrasten sind, bei denen Süßes mit Salzigem kombiniert wird, viel Süß-Sauer verwendet wird und Trockenfrüchte perfekt zu Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse passen. „All dies ist das Ergebnis der Kulturen, die unser Land geprägt haben. Meine Küche ist sowohl mit den Traditionen meiner Region als auch mit denen meiner Familie verbunden. Ich verwende ausschließlich Produkte aus der Region und hoffe, meinen Gästen die ganze Leidenschaft und Liebe vermitteln zu können, die ich beim Kochen einbringe.”

: Francesca, was an excellent communicator prior to the day, was an excellent teacher and made our entire family feel right at home during the class, not to mention ger Arancine were excellent! Can't speak highly enough of her. Highly recommend to any traveller.
: We had the absolute best time ever with Francesca!! We is so easy and fun to be around and made it the best possible experiance. We are from new york visiting for our honeymoon and this is an absolute must.
: Our experience with Francesca was fabulous. She is warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. She is an incredibly cook and everything was beyond delicious. We truly felt that we had an authentic Sicilian dinner experience. She was so sweet to pack up our leftovers and we had them for lunch the next day. The food was just as amazing! We highly recommend Francesca and will do this again when we return to Palermo.

: If you want to feel like you have a home away from home you must book with Francesca. You not only feel the love exuding from her but you taste it in her cooking too! I’ll never be able to eat regular food again. Nonna Francesca’s cooking is the only way to go! I’ll forever have this experience in my heart, mind, and on my taste buds of course
