Hallo von Giovanni!

Bei Giovanni und Roberta finden Sie typische Gerichte der sizilianischen Tradition. Giovanni wuchs in der Küche des Familienrestaurants an der Bucht von Taormina auf, übernahm die Gerichte seines Vaters und brachte sie mit nach Palermo, wo er neue, aber mit Erinnerungen gewürzte Geschmacksrichtungen kreierte. Frische Pasta ist der Protagonist seiner ersten Gänge: Maccheroni alla Norma, Gnocchi mit Pistazien und Garnelen, Ravioli mit Ricotta und Orange. Weiter geht es mit Parmigiana di Melanzane oder Parmigiana di Pesce Spada, die zu Zitronen-Fleischbällchen oder den traditionellen Braciolettine aus Messina serviert werden. Den Abschluss der Mahlzeit bildet der bittersüße Geschmack des Gelo all'Arancia oder das besondere Biancomangiare alle Mandorle.

We had a fantastic evening with Giovanni and his family , which was certainly one of the highlights of our trip. Preparing the pasta was fun and, of course, tasted delicious. My wife and I really enjoyed our evening with Giovanni and his lovely family. The food was exceptional and the cooking lesson was really enjoyable and great fun. The evening went by very quickly and we were sorry to have to leave. We would highly recommend the experience

Our family of 4 had an amazing time with Giovanni. We made Gnocchi, Maccheroni Norma, and Tiramisu. Afterwards we spent time on the rooftop sipping a Sicilian white wine and enjoying the evening. The food was amazing, likely one of the best we had while in Sicily. Giovanni, we wish you and your family all the best in the future. You were an amazing host and we thank you for creating a beautiful memory that my family and I will share forever!
