- We had a great time with Mauro. We learnt a lot about the Italian and Venetian cuisine and Mauro was a great host!
- Mauro was a great host and showed us 3 pastas to make and welcomed us into his home, including spritz and a sparkling beverage I believe (prosecco?). The food was wonderful and so was the whole experience.
- The food was delicious. Also, Mauro was very friendly and gave some good information that was useful for our trip. He answered all questions we had. I look forward to making his recipes at home.
- Myself and my mum had a brilliant cooking class with Mauro. Very informative, fun and tasted absolutely delicious. Very greatful for such a special experience in Venice.
