March 21 is a date to mark on your calendar: yes, because on this day we celebrate a much-loved dessert, perhaps the most famous Italian dessert in the world—tiramisu.
In a previous article, we shared the mysterious origins of tiramisu and its classic recipe. Last year, we explored a mustard-flavored tiramisu, but this year, to gear up for International Tiramisu Day 2025, we’re introducing another reinterpretation of this iconic spoon dessert: the "Symphony of Flavors" tiramisu recipe by our Cesarina Lina from Porto Mantovano.
The name of the recipe perfectly captures this innovative take on tiramisu, which is sure to win you over. The creamy sweetness of mascarpone meets the savory hint of salted chocolate and the crunchiness of toasted almonds, creating a perfect harmony of flavors and textures.
