I enjoy cooking appetizers, first courses, desserts, and, in particular, pizzas and leavened goods, which are my specialty. However, I also excel in second courses. My significant discovery is that I can transform traditional dishes into entirely plant-based versions. In the window below, I mention Sicily, but over the past 26 years of living in Mantua, I've enriched my culinary repertoire with specialties from this region as well.
