We'll begin our culinary adventure with a delicious Triestino caffè, followed by a visit to the local fish and vegetable markets. At my home, we'll have a cooking class where we'll learn to make homemade tagliolini and the famous tiramisù. I'll prepare the antipasto and sauce for the pasta, and serve everything on my elegant antique table with beautiful dinnerware. You'll enjoy an aperitivo and a selection of fine wines from Colli Orientali del Friuli to complement our meal.

Giovanna loves simple traditional cooking made with fresh ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables. She seasons her dishes using excellent olive oil, aromatic herbs and spices, with small forays into the kitchens of the world. In Giovanna’s kitchen, you will discover a pantry laden with sauces, preserves, pasta, spirits and sweets, all strictly homemade.
