I will guide you in the preparation of ravioli and tortelli with various fillings, just as the Italian tradition dictates, and then make our country's dessert of excellence, Tiramisu with cocoa and coffee. When the cooking class is over, we will sit down at the table to enjoy the dishes we have just prepared, accompanied by a good glass of local wine chosen especially for you!

- My husband and I really enjoyed our cooking class. We learned how to make pasta and tiramisu. It was amazing and Giovanni was very gracious and a good teacher .

- Giovanni and Mirabelle were gracious hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful home. The food was delicious and we learned new pasta making techniques and came away with a fantastic Tiramisù recipe. Their house was an east walk from the cruise terminal.
- Giovanni and Mirabella were superb hosts. They were very good at interacting with us, informing us clearly about the steps involved in preparing the pasta and the tiramisu (and all the extras). Despite the language barrier (overcome successfully using Google translate), we had a lot of fun, and they were very welcoming and gracious hosts.
