In a beautiful home, where modern pictures are mixed with antique forniture, you can eating a very traditional and seasonal menù with fresh fish, cooking with biological vegetables, extravirgin istrian oil.
I use simple and good recipes, making home made pasta, tagliatelle or tagliolini with local sardines or other fishes. Than you enjoy the new tiramisù with fresh seasonal fruits: peaches, strawberries or berries. Good food and good drink, wine coming from Colli Orientali del Friuli
