A beautiful experience of cooking school in which we make the dishes of traditional regional cuisine such as potato dumplings, a recipe of the Trieste karst, the stuffed potato roll and kipfel potatoes, small rolls of the same dough, which can be savory or sweet, which are fried and seasoned. After the cooking class, we will stay together at the same table, in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, to enjoy the dishes, accompanied by a good glass of wine.

In Giovanna’s kitchen, you will discover a pantry laden with sauces, preserves, pasta, spirits and sweets, all strictly homemade.
