Your experience
We'll meet at 9:30 and visit the Maison des Anciens Remedes, where we'll take a multimedia journey exploring the ancient natural remedies of the Aosta Valley. We'll then stroll through nature to reach the Jardin des Anciens Remedes, an ethnobotanical garden where medicinal, aromatic, and edible herbs once found in every mountain garden are cultivated and preserved from oblivion. After this fascinating tour, we'll return to my home. While enjoying a good glass of wine accompanied by local specialties, I'll teach you how to prepare a fresh pasta recipe using aromatic herbs gathered from my garden and reveal all their secrets. Finally, we'll have lunch savoring the result of your efforts in the kitchen.

- Adriana in Aoste was welcoming. We had a great time there in both her kitchen and garden. Dinner was absolutely delicious and she shared tips to be able to do it again back home in France. Show cooking was a fun and warm moment. My family and I highly recommend Adriana for a show cooking experience or a cooking course. Thank you Adriana and a big kiss to Nicky !

In everyday life I cook tasty but healthy dishes for my family, but when I invite friends and family I like to go wild preparing more elaborate and rich dishes, as are often those of the mountain tradition.
