The first thing we will do is go out to learn about and collect wild herbs on a 1-hour walk.
We will then return to Queen of the Lake Holiday House on our herbs ready to cook
We will first prepare nettle flan which we will then bake in the oven, to continue with tart then we will make an infusion and salad with wild herbs.
