    We will first visit our vegetable garden where we will smell, gather herbs for our dishes. We will then return to Queen of the Lake Holiday Home where we will prepare together: Bruschetta as an appetizer with walnut sauce and celery sauce; Pasta with basil and cherry tomatoes; Omelette ortolana + aromatic salad; Strawberry leaf infusion; Tart with our cherry jam.

    Those who venture into the Upper Garda area for the first time cannot remain immune to the charm of Tremosine, one of the most enchanting villages in Italy. Here we meet Ida, our Cesarina, who specializes in the use of wild herbs in the kitchen. "I became a Naturopath and a vegetarian: wanting to advise people on how to eat well, I realized that the abc of healthy and natural cooking was missing, so I started organizing natural cooking workshops. Then I started to get interested in herbs. wild edible or curative: I led and I lead groups to their rediscovery."
