How to prepare simple, healthy and vegetarian meals?
We will prepare a complete meal according to the criteria of Natural Cooking ... with a hint of transgression.
We will start with the dessert which we will then put to rest in the refrigerator, continue with the first course which we will then bake in the oven, and finally we will create sauces that we will go to taste first with bruschetta; the same sauces can be urilized to season raw vegetables, pasta, rice or other grains.
