In this two-hour workshop, I will guide you through the discovery of two gems of Sardinian cuisine: culurgiones and lorighittas.
We will start with culurgiones, the famous Sardinian ravioli filled with a creamy mixture of potatoes, pecorino cheese, and mint, sealed with their signature spike-shaped closure—a symbol of good fortune. I will teach you the patient and precise technique to craft them to perfection.
Then, we will move on to lorighittas, the delicate hand-twisted pasta originating from Morgongiori.
My kitchen is the heart of my home, where you can enjoy an authentic experience made of hands in dough, smiles, and a deep passion for our land.
