This cooking class, I’ll open the doors of my home in Como to share an unforgettable experience with you.
To begin, I’ll reveal the secret to creating delicious dishes that always leave guests speechless. From beloved grandma’s meatballs to crispy bruschetta, all the way to my favorite dish: a potato and onion quiche with a secret ingredient. You’ll learn the recipes I always use to make every occasion feel special. We’ll also prepare a light breaded cod with potatoes or a fresh salad, to ensure a perfect balance of flavors. By the end of the class, you’ll have mastered my favorite dishes and gained the confidence to impress your guests whenever you like. I can’t wait to cook with you!

- Margherita was very helpful in providing transportation options from Bellagio to Como. She and Mateo were warm, welcoming, and were excellent hosts in their lovely home. With her guidance, we prepared family recipes for meatballs, ravioli, and tiramisu. All were delicious (she did all of the cooking). I especially enjoyed the ravioli cooked in butter and sage which allowed the ricotta and spinach filling to shine. She also provided some recommendations on highlights to see while on the lake. I highly recommend this experience and Margherita to anyone looking for a unique experience while visiting Lake Como! Unforgettable experience.
- Amazing experience, delicious fresh food and wonderful host! We are a family of 7 and all loved our time with Margherita. We had wine, fresh melon and prosciutto to start and then made risotto, fish and fresh pasta finishing off with tiramisu. Highly recommend this experience and booking with Margherita! Her place was easy to find and clean and tidy. We had a large work table which was later transformed to a beautiful dining table to eat at. Margherita made the experience fun and everything was delicious! Highly recommend!

- We had a wonderful time at a cooking class in Margherita’s home, learning to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch. The experience was fun, and she explained each step clearly. Everything we made was delicious, especially the ravioli, and it felt special to enjoy the meal together in such a welcoming setting. Our group had 6 people, and it didn’t feel like we were strangers by the end of our meal. We would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a intimate and memorable culinary experience.
