    My husband and I will be happy to welcome you to our home located in the Alta Murgia Barese and 20 km from Matera, the city of the Sassi. We will delight you with a menu typical of our beloved Puglia.

    The culinary journey begins with an aperitif of Bari focaccia, olives, the typical burrata, friselle topped with cherry tomatoes, Evo oil, and local oregano. Homemade pasta can't be missed, so you'll savor cavatelli with sauce and bread balls: here is all the fragrance of tradition handed down from grandmothers who reused, in this way, stale bread. The journey continues with pork sausage and baked beef with a side of potatoes and local wine. We will end with a delicious ricotta cheese dessert. You will have a warm and exciting experience! We look forward to seeing you!

    I have always loved cooking and am particularly passionate about preparing traditional dishes, an interest that dates back to my childhood spent with my grandmother, from whom I learned so much. I enjoy making cavatelli, orecchiette, cartellate, brasciole directly in terracotta pans, as well as rustic pizzas and a variety of cakes. I want to turn my passion for cooking into a career and feel that the time has come to finally realize this dream.
