I will welcome you to my home in the heart of Altamura's historic center, where we will prepare together two typical recipes of our tradition: cavatelli (or capunti), made by hand with remilled durum wheat semolina, and torta rosata made with almond flour.

At the end, we will taste what we have prepared on a charming terrace overlooking the bell towers and rooftops of the ancient city, all accompanied by an excellent Apulian wine.
