In the heart of Altamura's historic center, amid stone arches, quiet courtyards and artisan workshops, an authentic culinary experience awaits you. You will learn how to knead durum wheat semolina and water to create the traditional Apulian orecchiette, and you will prepare the typical almond sweets, the famous "wedding cakes," flavored with lemon or orange zest. A journey between manual skills and tradition, to be enjoyed together in a convivial atmosphere, accompanied by a glass of local wine and homemade limoncello.
