I will welcome you into my home on Lake Como to experience together one of the most authentic rituals of Italian culture: the aperitif. We will prepare a selection of canapés using seasonal ingredients and local produce, learning simple yet refined techniques to create small, flavourful bites. Over a glass of wine or prosecco, accompanied by good music and shared stories, we’ll discover the art of the Italian aperitif in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. More than just a tasting, it will be a moment to savour slowly, feeling as welcome as if you were at home, with Lake Como providing the backdrop to an authentic and memorable experience.

- The experience was good. The cooking class was warm, cozy, and well-prepared. The instructor, Sara, had a great sense of humor and was friendly. The results of the cooking were delicious
- Sara was an excellent host that made my wife and I very comfortable! Her lessons were engaging and fun, and the conversation was relaxed and casual. The food was excellent, even if my ravioli was uneven! We're glad to have done this, it was a great part of our trip.

- Sara was a complete superstar. My teenage boys and I loved our cooking and dining experience and Sara was an excellent teacher and host. She coped well with a group with differing ages and abilities and the food was delicious. Her apartment is beautiful. It’s is spacious light and very clean. My boys enjoyed the bonus of table football and eating outside on her terrace with its fragrant herb garden was so special.
