    We want to make a true Italian risotto with seasonal products, artichokes and asparagus in spring, herbs in summer, mushrooms in autumn, red radicchio in winter or similar following the traditional recipe with carnaroli rice, onion, butter and Parmesan cheese that after making on air we will enjoy with a good glass of wine.

    We had a lovely experience with Giovanna. We made delicious pasta and it was very authentic Italian experience (+ beautiful paintings in the house). In the end we got delicious homemade Limocello. Surely recommended! :)

    Giovanna welcomed us into our home, kindly incorporated our children into the cooking lesson, and served us a lovely meal of the homemade pasta and tiramisu that we created. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend this cooking class!! Even our picky eater ate a lot of new food and was writing down instructions so that she can recreate the recipes at home!

    Overall, the experience was great and the risotto was delicious. We received the recipe from Giovanna, so we can retry it at home as well. Additionally, Giovanna gave us some useful hints about what to do in Triest. There was only a small concern: Giovanna already prepared the broth for the risotto, so we weren't able to learn it from the scratch.
